Resolution Appointing On-Call Truck Drivers
WHEREAS, the governing body recognizes the need for qualified personnel to serve as Truck Drivers on Call for snow plowing and related operations during the year 2026; and
WHEREAS, Glenn Pheifer holds a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), which qualifies him for operating heavy equipment and trucks for snow removal;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the governing body hereby appoints the following individuals as Truck Drivers on Call for Snow Plowing for the calendar year 2026:
• Kyle Scholier
• Glenn Pheifer (CDL Certified)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that these appointments shall take effect on January 1, 2026, and remain in force until December 31, 2026, unless otherwise modified by the governing body.
