Resolution Appointing Judge, The Court Administrator, Prosecutor And Public Defender Of The Fredon Township Municipal Court

WHEREAS, the Town of Newton and the Township of Fredon have entered into an agreement to share a municipal court arrangement to be hosted in the Town of Newton; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Agreement, the Township of Fredon is required to appoint the municipal judge, court administrator, prosecutor and public defender currently serving the Court.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Committee of the Township of Fredon, in the County of Sussex and State of New Jersey that the Honorable Michael A. Carlucci is hereby appointed as the Municipal Judge, Katherine Quinn as Court Administrator, Chirag D. Mehta as Prosecutor and Orlando R. Rodriguez as Public Defender to preside over the Fredon Township Municipal Court.

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true and correct copy of a resolution duly adopted by the Township Committee of the Township of Fredon, in the County of Sussex, New Jersey, at a meeting held on January 7, 2026.
