Resolution To Cancel 2026 Taxes B 405 L21
WHEREAS, the Department of Veterans Affairs has determined Vincent Rucereto, owner of property at Block 405, Lot 21, 365 Newton Swartswood Road, is totally disabled, and the Tax Assessor granted this exemption effective February 3, 2026, and that Mr. Rucereto is to be exempt from that day forward in accordance with N.J.S.A. 54:4-3.30 et seq.

332 days = taxes to be cancelled -$6,638.29
Taxes Paid –$5,417.08
Refund $4,757.25
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Committee of Fredon Township that the Tax Collector is hereby authorized to cancel property taxes in the amount of $6,638.29
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Mayor and Committee of Fredon Township that the Municipal Financial Officer is hereby authorized to issue a refund in the amount of $4,757.25 for taxes previously paid in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd quarters of 2026 to:
