Notice
Public notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., that the Township Committee of the Township of Fredon, County of Sussex, State of New Jersey, will hold a special meeting on Friday, October 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Fredon Township Municipal Building, 443 Route 94, Fredon, New Jersey 07860.
Purpose of the Meeting
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the acquisition of real property known as 51 Paulinskill Lake Road, Block 1601, Lot 9.02, Qualifier Q0040, consisting of approximately 16.61 acres, and to consider a resolution accepting the donation of said property from the Ridge and Valley Conservancy. Formal action may be taken.
Closed Session
The Township Committee may go into closed session, as permitted by N.J.S.A. 10:4-12(b), to discuss matters relating to the acquisition of real property, after which it may reconvene in open session.
