Notice of Introduction of Capital Ordinance 2026-09

TAKE NOTICE that the following Capital Ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading at a meeting of the Township Committee of the Township of Fredon, County of Sussex, State of New Jersey, held on September 9, 2026, and that said ordinance will be further considered for final passage at a meeting of the Township Committee to be held at 7:00 p.m. on September 23, 2026, at the Fredon Municipal Building, 443 Route 94, Fredon, New Jersey, at which time and place all persons interested will be given an opportunity to be heard concerning said Capital Ordinance. During the week prior to and up to and including the date of said meeting, copies of said Capital Ordinance will be made available at the Township Clerk’s Office to members of the general public who shall request the same.

The title of said Capital Ordinance is as follows:

“ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION IN PART TO CAPITAL ORDINANCE NUMBER 2026-07 FROM TOWNSHIP OF FREDON GENERAL CAPITAL FUND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR MILLING AND PAVING OF VAN HORN ROAD SECTION I TO APPROPRIATE AN ADDITIONAL $25,000.00 FOR SUPPLEMENTAL EXPENDITURES”
