Notice of Final Adoption of Ordinance 2026-02

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Ordinance was passed on second reading and finally adopted by the Township Committee of the Township of Fredon, County of Sussex, State of New Jersey, at a meeting held on March 11, 2026.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FREDON, COUNTY OF SUSSEX, AND STATE OF NEW JERSEY DELETING AND REPLACING ARTICLE IX OF THE TOWNSHIP CODE ENTITLED ‘AFFORDABLE HOUSING’ TO UPDATE AND IMPLEMENT AFFORDABILITY CONTROLS, ADMINISTRATION, MANDATORY SET‑ASIDES, AND FUNDING MECHANISMS CONSISTENT WITH STATE LAW

The purpose of this Ordinance is to establish the salary ranges for various municipal positions for the 2026 calendar year.
