NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading by the Township Committee of the Township of Fredon, County of Sussex, New Jersey, at a meeting held on July 22, 2026, and was thereafter published according to law, and was further considered for final passage and was adopted by said Township Committee at a meeting held on August 10, 2026:

ORDINANCE NO. 2026-06

An Ordinance Amending Chapter 466 (Streets and Sidewalks), Article II (Excavations and Openings) of the Code of the Township of Fredon to Establish Pavement Restoration Requirements Where a Waiver is Granted for Utility Work, and to Establish a Prohibition Period for Excavation of Newly Constructed or Resurfaced Streets
