NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Ordinance was finally adopted by the Township Committee of the Township of Fredon, in the County of Sussex, New Jersey, on August 26, 2026.

Ordinance of the Township of Fredon, County of Sussex, and State of New Jersey Adding Chapter 205 Entitled “Disabled Veteran’s Residential Property Tax Exemption” to the Township Code

The foregoing is a true copy of an Ordinance introduced on August 10, 2026, and finally adopted by the governing body of the Township of Fredon on August 26, 2026.

The record of vote at introduction on August 10, 2026, was as follows: Motion — Moore; Second — Weber; Aye — 3; Nay — 0; Abstain — 0; Absent — Corcella, Plock.

The record of vote at final adoption on August 26, 2026, was as follows: Motion — Weber; Second — Moore; Aye — 3; Nay — 0; Abstain — 0; Absent — Corcella, Nichols.

A copy of this Ordinance has been posted on the bulletin board upon which public notices are customarily posted in the Fredon Municipal Building, and a copy is available, free of charge, to any member of the general public who shall request such copy, at the office of the Municipal Clerk, 443 Route 94, Fredon, NJ 07860, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
