AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FREDON PROVIDING FOR VARIOUS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AND APPROPRIATING $440,000 THEREFOR FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following Ordinance was passed on second reading and finally adopted by the Township Committee of the Township of Fredon, County of Sussex, State of New Jersey, at a meeting held on June 24, 2026.

Copies of the full Ordinance, as adopted, are available for public inspection at the Office of the Municipal Clerk, Fredon Municipal Building, 443 Route 94, Newton, New Jersey, during regular business hours, or may be viewed on the Township’s official website at fredonnj.gov
