Notice is hereby given that the following ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading, and was then considered for final passage after a public hearing and finally adopted by the Township Committee of the Township of Fredon, in the County of Sussex, State of New Jersey, at a meeting held on September 23, 2026:

An Ordinance Providing for a Supplemental Appropriation in Part to Capital Ordinance Number 2026-07 From Township of Fredon General Capital Fund Capital Improvement Fund for Milling and Paving of Van Horn Road Section I to Appropriate an Additional $25,000.00 for Supplemental Expenditures
Purpose
The purpose of this ordinance is to appropriate an additional $25,000.00 from the Township of Fredon General Capital Improvement Fund for the Milling and Paving of Van Horn Road Section I, increasing the total appropriation authorized under Capital Ordinance No. 2026-07 from $176,652.00 to an aggregate amount of $201,652.00.
This ordinance shall take effect in accordance with law.

A copy of the ordinance is on file and available for public inspection in the Office of the Municipal Clerk, Fredon Township Municipal Building, 443 Route 94, Fredon, New Jersey, during regular business hours, and may be obtained without cost by any member of the public.
