Notice is hereby given that the Township Committee of the Township of Fredon, County of Sussex, State of New Jersey, at a meeting held on September 9, 2026, adopted resolutions awarding the following contracts in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq., following public advertisement for sealed bids and public bid openings:

1. Roof Replacement Project — Resolution No. 2026-104

   Contract Amount: $127,000.00
2. Van Horn Road, Section I Improvements — Resolution No. 2026-107
   Bid Opening: September 3, 2026
   Awarded To: DCR Companies Inc., 104 Norcross Avenue, Unit C, Metuchen, NJ 08840
   Contract Amount: $176,959.00
   Funding Source: NJDOT FY2026 Trust Fund Grant/Municipal Aid Program, Township General Capital Fund Capital Improvement Fund, and a supplemental Capital Ordinance adopted to fund the balance of the contract price
3. Lodestar Park Athletic Field Improvements — Resolution No. 2026-108
   Bid Opening: September 3, 2026
   Awarded To: D. Torluccio Landscaping, 4 Marion Court, Fairfield, NJ 07004
   Contract Amount: $92,097.12
   Funding Source: NJDCA Local Recreation Improvement (LRI) Grant ($67,600.00), Fredon Township Recreation Commission contribution ($12,500.00), and Fredon Township Open Space Fund ($20,000.00)
