Billing & Submission Policies

  • Submission Deadline: Background verification, proof of insurance, and signed hold harmless agreements are strictly required at a minimum of 3 weeks before your requested use date.
  • Non-Recreation League Sports: Calculated by multiplying the base $25.00 hourly fee by the total anticipated schedule block. This gross cost is then multiplied by the exact percentage of non-resident participants to yield the final fee.
  • Non-Recreation League Sports: Calculated by multiplying the base $25.00 hourly fee by the total anticipated schedule block. This gross cost is then multiplied by the exact percentage of non-resident participants to yield the final fee.
  • Deadlines & Closures: Payment must be settled exactly one week prior to the start of scheduled blocks. Fees are determined by reserved blocks rather than actual attendance duration; unused time is non-refundable. If individual events are canceled due to emergency Township facility closures, a credit will be safely issued toward future dates.
  • Food & Drink Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of no less than $250.00 is mandatory for any reservation serving refreshments. Final pricing scales with expected attendance volumes and rental duration.

Scheduling Policies

The Township Recreation Coordinator retains exclusive discretion over facility scheduling; all facility decisions remain final.

Permits will not be authorized for Lodestar Park on Fredon Day or any date that presents logistical conflicts with official Township-sponsored events.

Complete practice and game schedules must be provided during initial submission for monitoring purposes. Permits may be quickly rescinded if field allocations are consistently left unused.
